Outgrown the bedroom? Need a designated studio space to bring clients or get your head down in?
Our acoustically treated studios are also available for long term hire to freelance recording/mixing/mastering engineers, producers, songwriters and more.

You'll receive the space absolutely blank. Although you can always hire equipment from us, we've designed this so that you can kit out a fully treated studio space with your own gear and bring your own style into play.
FLEXIBLE CONTRACTS
Got a busy period of work coming up?
Our contracts can range from between 2-36 months, so that there's flexibility.
We encourage studio sharing so long as all key holders are contracted in.
What's more, our rooms can be used for production spaces, mixing rooms, live rooms for tracking, rehearsal spaces or even storage!
STUDIO 2
A spacious acoustically treated space for you to create. Features interchangeable gobos to change the sound of the room as desired.
Studio 2 measures roughly 6m by 4.5m and will make an ideal creative space for you to use as a mixing/production room. In the past, it has been used as a control room and live room for tracking drums and guitars.

STUDIO 3
Studio 3 is perfect for mixers and mastering engineers who need a designated, acoustically treated space to work in. It also ideal for songwriters or producers who wish to track vocals in the same room.
Studio 3 measures roughly 4m by 4m and is ideal for freelance engineers and producers on more of a budget.
